Yes! If you are just looking to tone and define, your trainer will know how to incorporate free weights to help you without making you bulky. If you actually want to be bulky, they can help you with that as well. We don’t use selectorize equipment (weight machines) because we know that using free weights gets you better results faster because of the range of motion that can be involved.
We are cleaner, wiser, and more personal than any other gym or fitness facility in the area. We not overcrowded like many places, so we are able to focus on you! We offer single sessions, three-month and twelve-month programs, and you can come in one, two, or three times a week. Prices vary depending on the program you purchase, but our prices are either the same or cheaper than personal training at other gyms.
There is NO membership fee and NO processing fee; you pay only for the sessions you want.
